I love apple pies too and I usually made them with Pasta frolla ( the same it is used for cookies and egg cream or blackberry marmalade…) The smell that surrounds all home when it’s in the oven is heavenly!
I post you my strawberry muffin recipe translate in English…
140 gr sugar
250 gr flour +1 tablespoon di lievito
85 gr hot butter
2 eggs
200 ml. milk
strawberry
Cook them in the oven on 180° for 20 – 25 minutes

over here we make apple “tart”, which is similar excepted for no dough topping. it’s one of my favorite dessert
look delicius! i like the apple pie, in my natal country (Chile), we call the apple pie like = Küchen or obstkuchen. Maybe that name was inherited from the German immigrant who arrived in Chile in the years 20 and 50.
